I recently started manual answering. I am generally answering questions which i can give my website as source.

Do you think i can get link juice and some visitors from there ?

I think that you maybe get more benefits if you write a question with one account, and answer this question with another account, and then selecting as best answer.

I did this manually in the past with a few aff links and I still have sales coming in.

I am also going to do that. But it is only for earning more points faster :)

I am able to change my ip with a single modem command. Takes only 20 sec :)

I tried some yahoo answer commenting from a niche site i was working on last month, it was hard work, and i used google alerts to get in on questions fast. I definitely got some traffic through and it will be targeted but it is still a lot of work for a relatively small amount of visitors. However ive got a 50% best answer rating on YA so people were clearly liking the answers i came up with, something else i tried was using FlashPaste to make the process of answering easier.

So everytime i'd answer id save that in flashpaste with a descriptive title, that way i could use it again for similar questions, it speeds things up and the answers remain on topic and high quality

YA drives traffic to your site, questions can rank on google pretty well

what do you think why IMers using it in the first place? why are bots out there?

In most cases suspensions are permanent; particularly if Yahoo's TOS have been broken.

If you believe that you have a case for being unfairly suspended, then you may appeal within 7 days:

Just buy cheap level 2 Yahoo accounts, say at Fiverr, and your links will be clickable.

    Linkjuice? Don't waste your time.

For traffic and $$$, it could be worthwhile. You will need to work on
gaining trust on your account. Which requires you not to blatantly spam
    your affiliate links everywhere.

But, if you can do it properly and get down a method you can easily train
a VA and scale your operations to make it a worthwhile venture.

Doesn't matter if you're doing it manually. Your accounts are getting banned either because you're posting a website link in every question you answer, or your promoting something spammy.
