Do you think it's a saturated niche?

I personally don't believe it is, but I wanted to get some more opinions from you guys.

I've recently decided to begin a large niche site, working towards building an authority site (as oppose to the usual micro niche sites I make).

I know a lot about dating/relationships, and think it's an area I could write a lot about.

The way I look at it; people are always going to need relationship advice, so how could it be saturated? But others say otherwise; I see many people talking about how it's a dead niche. But then again..there are people who say IM is dead

    What do you guys think?

PS. I plan to primarily monetize with Adsense, and some affiliate products on the side possibly.

I'd say, go for it. This is really saturated niche but there are plenty of horny
guys that are pathetic in regards to how to deal with women.

Make sure you pick you niche. Dating/relationships is HUGE niche. First,
select dating OR relationship, men OR women :) Then pick whatever you'll
be an expert on. Like PUA or long term relationship adviser or how to marry
her or whatever. Make sure you have your own little something the nobody
    else has.

Who knows, if you're good enough you might end up as a next David D. or
    something.

Also, for the long term SEO success build tons of micro-blogs around you
niche topic and link them all to the main authority site.

Well said buddy, I appreciate your help. I'd probably target women, as I feel they'd be a lot more prone to look for advice on the web (about love).

I just added you on AIM; have a few questions. Hope you don't mind!

you know wingwomen.com ? could be interesting for you ;)

pickup is a large field, there are plenty sites for dating advices, pickup stuff.

google MASF (fastseduction.com) or many other sites.

you name them. Mystery, neil strauss and all the other so called pickup "gurus", who tell you shit for 5000 $.

I would link it with a CPA offer, some clickbank product.

    Good luck with that. :)

Be as unique as possible with the micro niche you choose and don't give up.

I would say it's only worth it if it's going to be a full time project for you. That niche is super saturated and SEO shouldn't be a walk in the park. BUT, the thing is, if you can top the saturation and rank pretty well, you're sitting on a pile of residual cash.
