Hello,

So, I`ve got a reply from an admin of BHW saying that this is the best place to post this question.

If I become a JR.VIP and post in the marketplace is a job for me, becoming a virtual assistant for 5$ an hour. Could I relatively easily get a job?

Do a little free work for some people who are well respected here on BHW. Do 4 hours of assistanting for them and get some positive reviews from them.

What I mean by that is that I should work free for them for 4 hours and get a review from them so that I can put as a testimonial in my sales thread.
What do you guys think? After I`ve helped and got 10 testimonials could I get a job in let`s say 1 month?

Take a look at the WTB, and the HAF, and also JV's and see for yourself. Count the number of sellers that are responding to ads that you can do, and how many ads there are in the first place.
Look at the feedback score and the message count, and the likes of the sellers that are there, and put the details in a note pad to compare their stats, then take a look at their message quality, and see if they contribute to the forum, and market their services well in the first place.

Is the supply there? What is the demand like?

Nobody is going to do your business homework for you. You nike it.

Pfff, I didn`t understand half of your post. What do WTB and HAF mean?
So what are you telling me? Should I look at the job posts? And see what exactly how many people are replying? If they say something good, does that mean that they hired that particular VA or Freelancer? I`m having a little difficulty finding out how big the demand is. Where should I look to get a more accurate idea of what the Demand is?

A good friend of mine always says this whenever I’m unsure about starting something new:

You won’t know unless you try. If you try and fail, you learn. If you try and succeed, you’ll celebrate the glory days.

Landing a job might take a week or a month... it doesn’t matter as long as you stay consistent and keep a long-term mindset if it’s something you truly want.

And while reviews are a great starting point, getting more involved in the community will make a big difference.

Wishing you the best of luck, mate!

Hello, I am trying to become more active in this community and become a regular member. But I`m scared I really need a job. But I don`t know if yet I can get one. I`m willing to work but it sucks that no one wants to hire me.

If you have skills then you can get clients.
That`s the problem I don`t have any particular skills like writing or graphic design. I`m looking for something in the Social Media Management, Customer Service Niche or Data Entry.

Being here to look for a job you need to have an extra edge so you can stand out minimizing people's time and effort

Social Media Management, Customer Service Niche or Data Entry.
You are better of with contacting local recruitment agency work. Now they have lots of companies that have marketing departments, customer service positions, and data entry. Thats where I got all my customer service jobs and data entry years ago. Blackhatworld doesn't often have enough jobs like that to earn a living directly outright, realistically.

Also you can't sell anywhere close yet, as you have to reach 100 posts and 3 months still, THEN buy jr VIP to reply to HAF and WTB.

You really want to take courses on youtube, and like I say to people that want to make money, look for something that interests you and just do it, within reason much better than the best in the industry. Considering new industries and niches pop up every day, it's not hard to build experience with projects, and add them to your CV to then contact also people on social media about positions.

Best of luck.

There are a lot of reasons of why I can’t do that. You will have to believe me it’s not pride. People from upwork told me that’s now close to impossible for a noob to get a job. That’s why I’ve tried here because people say it’s easier to get a job here. So what other solutions do you have and prices of advice to get a job here
Thank you

Come on, bro, stop phishing for work outside of the permitted rules that have been explained to you. Do your homework. If you see that being a valuable member of the community might financially benefit you, then go for it. Otherwise asking for how to get work repeatedly will see you reported for selling services outside of the marketplace rules.

Try upgrading your skills and you'll stand a better chance of getting hired. There are lot of things you can learn from around here.

I don’t have anymore money to invest in skills and even if I did I’ve seen people selling here manually written articles for 2$

A mod told me that this is the best place to post this thread. I’m not gonna give the reason I can’t work offline so stop asking for it. All I asked if it’s relatively easy to get a job here if you follow certain steps. I’m not trying to sell my services here outside of the marketplace and you know that very well. All I’m asking is if I have a good shot here.
Simple yes or no question if you ask me. Obviously I won’t take your advice into the account in this matter because you are already pissed off and will say NO that’s why I’m searching for other peoples advice
So thank you for what you wrote it’s time to let others give in their opinion

Learning a skill does not necessarily require investment. You can find good threads in this forum related to IM and various methods which have been a success for many. Read up on them and try to see if you can implement some of them. The more knowledge you gain, better are your chances of getting hired (not just here but in general). Display your skills by helping out fellow members. It does take time but by building your reputation on the forum opens up a lot of opportunities. I really don't know in what situation you are in but if you do not have the time or money, it can be difficult and frustrating. Hope you figure out things soon. Good luck
