Do you think I will get a refund from GoDaddy?

    Hello guys. I backordered a domain some time ago. I paid 70$ for backordering.
    Now, I notice the domain has been sold to someone else.
    Godaddy take about a week for asking me the price range I would like to spend to buy that domain.
    And after 2-3 days from this the domain has been sold.
    It's clearly Godaddy's fault, they was too slow.
    And I think it's umbelievable I spent so much money for a so poor service.
    The new domain owner probably won't sell the domain now.
    And I'm feeling just like I'm being scammed from Godaddy.

    Do you think there are some chance to get back that money? I mean, who hell know they was so slow just for asking me the range? This should be an automated feature...

    You clearly said they emailed you asking how much you would spend on the domain and you didn't respond so they sold it... Not sure how that's GoDaddys fault but I can assure you, they aren't going to easily refund you. I find it hard to believe they did anything wrong in this situation.

    Nope, they wasn't the domain owner...
    They asked me the price range. I set the price range as soon as I received the email, after around a week.
    And now from some days the system say they are trying to contact the domain owner trying to give him my offer...
    In the meanwhile, the domain has been sold.

    If im not wrong if the backorder wasn't successful the money you spent will be credited to your account to use for another backorder
