Hey I just wanted to get some input from you blackhatters.

I was planning to promote my FB fanpage by purchasing some FB ads. Do you think that FB ads or effective? What's your experience with it?

Depends on what you want to use it for. I made a lot of money with Facebook ads. It works well and yet I don't think FB Ads is really that awesome.

Oh ok, I see. I was going to use it to promote a online service. I was just looking to get likes on the service's fanpage.

I've always wondered this too.... FB Ads targeting seems awesome, but it's always looked pricey to me :/

I use FB ads for my offline business and they work's nicely. Way better than Adwords.

Pay by 1000 of impressions, not clicks! You can save a lot of money that way.

So far I have spent $18 and gotten 9 clicks.
I haven't sold a website yet.

I use it for websites that need a product promoted where the adwords competition might be too high. Depending on the product etc .

Yea, thats what I wanted to know. It seems to not work that well when your promoting a website services.

FB ads give great for boosting your business. However, they are a bit expensive
