Do you submit more than 1 time per day same RSS ?

Hi,

Imagine you make a RSS, you submit it the morning,
do you submit the same in the evening
or better wait 1 day or no like better
or like free ads you make 1 time no more
(because i have seen some blogger making some messages 1 day and the day after again).

So...............

I submit my rss one time/day ! I think it's useless if you submit it many times but you don't have new post !
 
no always same no new post but i can make more rss linking to differents pages or domain name after submit all 1 time per day.
