Are courses listed on udemy worth it? I have a feeling that I should not pay for these as most of them become free is promotion period.

I’d only say they are if you have no other way of acquiring that information.

Search torrents & other online sources prior to buying anything from those large companies.

The information itself is worth it, but it can be obtained elsewhere online as well.

I've paid for some Udemy courses that relate to my actual full time job, mostly training and practice exams for role specific certifications.

I have invested in Udemy courses that are specifically tailored to my current full-time job. These courses primarily focus on providing comprehensive training and practice exams for the certifications required for my role.

There are courses that are worth the price listed on udemy.
But it all depends on the fact that what are you willing to pay here.
Because most of that info is available on YouTube and across the web for free.

"Is it worth investing in Udemy courses? This is a common question, especially since certain courses may become available for free during promotional periods. Udemy courses are great and of good value.
You can find any subject you may be interested in, and the price is always affordable.

No, I don't think it is worth it. 99% of courses cover things that are already available in free.

Depends on the area. In "computer" development, I find that using free resources is better, since: 1- everything is available for free, on way or another, 2- Some Udemy courses can get outdated quickly.

And were they helpful? You got to know these on google search or someone refer you to this site?

Yeah they were extremely helpful, hours upon hours of video content and practice exams.
I saw the specific courses recommended across Reddit mostly.

If you don't want a great archive of information that you can re-tap into any time, watch at 1.5x speed to save time! and bookmark any section you want and link to it from elsewhere, or get a bunch of different approaches used already by experts for $15 max a time for minimum 30 hours, while supporting the community of content creators. Then you are officially more nuts than me! :D

I'm a c# programmer and I want to know everything that is on offer on udemy, so I can see what other people are learning too, and what new techniques there are for things I don't know about, also covering the basics, that I already know but just haven't visited for a while is always a plus too.

Can banned people still use BHW?, Will they still see threads?

Some of the courses on Udemy are worth it, some are trash.
I do pay for courses on many platforms, and learning and keeping up to date with skills is important.

I bought a course on Udemy about Facebook Ads. The course was very good.

Yes, I spend some money on taking courses from Udemy. Firstly, the courses are very cheap. Secondly it saves me time to gain that knowledge in less time, otherwise I have to scan through the internet for that knowledge.

I agree that not every course is worth buying. I have found many trash courses too. But you have to check the course content, reviews, etc. before making a buying decision.

Not to forget you are covered with a full refund policy so it is a zero risk platform.
watch at 1.5x speed to save time!
Wow...I do the same! :D
