So I've stopped all affiliate marketing and cpa marketing I used to do and started writing ebooks and selling them. If you hit some good small niches there's a lot of money to be made.

I'm just curious if anyone else is selling ebooks and what are your conversions? I'm currently receiving an 15% conversion on organic traffic but I have no clue if that is good or bad.

    So what are your conversions?

15% is excellent. Then again, it depends on the niche. But still, with those numbers I would be making some serious money. I'm currently at around 2%.

Are you doing the complete package, getting opt-ins and then following through with email or just salesletter ?

What do you mean only 15%? 15% is really good conversion rate to have.

With rates like that I'd just keep churning out the books and switching niches and stick with the moneymakers! Keep it up!

Thanks guy :) Nice to know 15% is good. I heard some people who are getting around 25% so I thought that 15 was kinda bad. I guess they're just kicking ass lol.

@GuerillaDreamer: I don't capture emails or anything, only salesletter. Please note that I'm not writing an english ebook since its not my native language so my target country has little competition because IM barely exists. I managed to find a keyword domain receiving around 24k searches monthly with about 2 million competitors (I don't think this is to bad) in a niche were people are looking to buy. My keyword domain is what someone searching for something in my niche would type in.

Now as I said there is almost no IM here so the first place in google was badly optimized, didn't even have meta tags and had only 7 incoming links. Needles to say, getting number 1 was a piece of pie :)

The only difficulty I found was managing to get a payment processor. Here we don't really use paypal that much and I avoid preypal but I manged to get it sort out.

I'm thinking about starting a facebook advertising campaign because I think it would really be profitable given my niche. What are some decent conversions that I should expect from a good PPC campaign?
