When I was younger I failed, more than once, in becoming a successful entrepreneur due to a few bad habits that most people have the tendency to engage in, unknowingly even, that will prevent them from ever reaching their goal?

    Excuses

You can have excuses, and you can have results, but you can never have both.

To be successful, you need to know that you can find any and every excuse in the book to not do something, but to find results you need to find solutions and push forward.

When you find that you constantly come up with different excuses why something can?t be done, or why it?s not working or even why other people are getting chances to do something and you are not or even when you find yourself lacking in performance, you should know you?re engaging in very bad habits.
This behaviour can be very dangerous as its roots spring forth from lies that we constantly tell ourselves and others.

When you feel like you are about to make up an excuse, take some time to evaluate the situation and put your mind-set in the right place.
Instead of saying you can?t do something and you try and talk yourself out of doing it you should rather attempt to talk yourself into doing it and give yourself the motivation that you can do it.

    Procrastination (the thief of time)

Never wait till tomorrow if you can do it today.
If you want to be a truly great entrepreneur and productive person, you should do everything you can today and never wait for tomorrow.
Move forward by doing things and in return your actions will propel more actions and the momentum will take action on a daily basis towards your vision and goals.
Remember, lethargy, just like momentum, builds on itself.

To mentally rise to the challenge of finishing a task one needs to tackle it immediately.
It will become harder and harder to do once you have fallen into procrastination and the mind set of finishing it later.
You will save yourself a lot of time if you get up and do it now, and at the same time you will come to the realization just how much you are able to achieve with simple actions done directly rather than later.

Procrastination will hold you back from reaching your success..

    Complaining

Complaining can be the worst killer of all; when you complain, you aren?t just buying into your own excuses, but verbally you are poisoning everyone around you as well.

Most people will try and avoid you if you complain a lot, or are angry all the time, this way you will only attract other complainers and angry people.
To be a successful entrepreneur you should stop whining, and if there truly is something to complain about, get up and make an effort to change the situation without getting angry over it.

There are more bad habits out there but these three was, and still is, the downfall of more entrepreneurs, and friends, than I care to remember?

And the best of all is they?re not something new. More than a few people wrote about them, only I wasn?t bright enough to avoid them.

    Don?t make the same mistake?

Avoid these pitfalls, become successful, and make money :)
