Do you recommend using Opt-in + email campaign, or single sales page on Clickbank?

    Hi all,

I have 2 funnels and am wrestling with which is best to implement with Clickbank. I know one is fine, but I'm not sure about the other:

Context: Product is Online Dating guide (eBook, video series, pre-written profiles, and more) for men who are Underdogs - that is, not tall, dark and handsome.

    A. Sales landing page with video overview and buy now button.
    B. Opt-in page with brief "get these free videos" video once the customer enters email. Then they are put into email campaign + value videos (3 videos) with the final video concluding with the product sell ($47 with 75% commission... no backend yet, its in development).

    My specific questions:
    1. Can I actually do option 2 in clickbank?
    2. Are Affiliates okay with an Opt-In sequence or is this seen as less transparent and therefore not trusted?

I love how helpful everyone is on this forum so I thank you in advance for any input you have.

If the product has a recurring commission I go with a direct sales page. If not I usually go for an Opt-In approach as this allows me to profit from it long term. My general approach across all areas of IM is to create a long term, reliable income stream.

    Just my 2 cents.

Thanks Beven. Are you referring to this from the perspective of an Affiliate or a Vendor? I'm worried that Affiliates don't want to "build my list".
