Hello, I am Binav. I have interest in business, finance, and internet marketing.

I would like to share my knowledge on the above topic. I have seen people spend so much time planning a business and they start late or don't start at all?
They share this wonderful idea with you and you know it's good. A few weeks later, you ask how far and how the business is doing, they tell you they are still planning the business. I was once guilty of this.

The question is how long does it take to plan for a business? This actually depends on the kind of business you are looking to start. No matter the kind of business you want to start and what you tell yourself, you need to have a business plan and put timelines to each task until you execute.
You may not have to write a professional business plan. You can use a simple business plan workbook.
The point is to have a roadmap to guide you from idea to execution.

Now the big question, Do I need to incorporate the business legally before I start? I will like to state that if you start a business without filing any legal papers, by default, your business is a sole proprietorship.

However, you need to ask yourself if your target customers are willing and able to transact with you if your business is not registered.
So in a nutshell, this depends on your niche and the kind of service or product you are offering. However, I don't think this should stop anyone from executing or starting a business.

I love to read from you. Share your experience and views.

I will be sharing a list of tasks that people often see as requirements to start a business. The point is to tick off the steps you feel is required before you start your business.
