Do you put your internet ventures on youre resume/CV

    For those of you who still need to seek employment outside of this. If so, how do you describe what you do. I figure it better to say ive been doing something on the internet rather than just have a gap in my employment history even if I haven't actually done much outside reading this forum.

    If its a white hat then why not.. I rememeber once mentioning one of my white hat online ventures in an internship CV i got written..

    Its better to see if the ventures some how related to the job you are applying for .. if it does then it takes as a big plus!

    Seeing it from an employer's side (me), I'd definitely want you to write down all the stuff you've been doing, rather than leaving it blank. Depending on how professional you make it sound, that's what could get you the interview or not.

    Oh, and don't lie, cause any serious employer would put you to the test and ask for references.
