Do you ping your feeds after submitting them to RSS directories?

I use RSS Submit that's available in the Downloads section and it pretty much auto submits my feed into all the directories and most of them get accepted. The remaining ones are the manual ones where you gotta enter captchas.

However, I have no idea how to ping these sites using RSS Submit as it doesn't provide links to the feed you just submitted, and no one would honestly manually do it.

So I was just wondering, what do you do?
Linklicious's 19$/month package looks good, since it auto pings after submitting yout feeds. Please feel free to share. :)

Also, I see a lot of people saying drip feeding is BS and a waste of time. Is this true? I usually just blast my feeds to the directories all at once whenever I create a new site to get it indexed faster. Is this advisable?

RSS Submit only submits your RSS to RSS directories.
Think of it as submitting your sites to web directories.

If you want even better results, ping your RSS file with this:
    http://www.bulkping.com/free-rss-submit-online/
    - it submits to RSS directories too but it pings them automatically.

And if you like, ping your RSS file with www.pingler.com

Hmm ping my RSS file? Did you mean ping my "links"? I'm a newbie and get confused easily
Wow bulkping is amazing, but RSS Submit has more default directories than bulkping, although it doesn't automatically ping them after submission. Anyone here recommend Linklicious? A bit expensive compared to so many free services though.

Linklicious does save you a lot of time, if you want to automate things.
