Finish your education first. It's good to have something to fall back on, in case you ever need it.

Agreed 100% Education first... Well if you try IM then earn good cash suddenly your website will be hacked, banned or anything... Well you have your back up (Education)..

Do both. College schedules leave plenty of time for IM, plus you get contacts. Look at Zuckerberg etc - would they have been so successful without the resources/contacts from college?

I've been skeptical towards uni past 2 years and still feel the same, but you need something to back you up. In case, I don't think it's necessary, but still, go and have some fun.

IM is a tough road, not easier than any offline job.

But, if you get successful in this business, your future is guaranteed.

    Good Luck!

Go to college, there is a lot of shaved and juicy pussy there waiting for you. Think about it, you won't be young 2 times. Years go by really fast....And yeah, later, during your life, this paper that you get after the college might help you here and there, especially if you fail at IM (have a backup plan always)

personally i have no diploma, went to school like everyone else just didnt pass, always mange to make money on my own, i even build my own company when i was 22.

do i say education is bad, no, i will never tell someone choose the path i chose, its harder but it the best for me

every person is different, my brother did huge schools, but cannot be a boss, he needs to work for someones, me, i need to be my own boss, i hate working for someone.

I'm not saying it's necessarily the right choice, but I personally don't even think about going to college. The reason is that I want to be "all-in" with IM/business. I don't want to just get by, I'm trying to get rich. I believe 100% that I can achieve that, so I why would I waste my time in college?

    And yes I make a full-time living.

I do have a Master's Degree, but if I were to chose and I could be 18 y.o. again with all these IM skills I currently posses, but not able to go to college ever in my life, I'd probably still chose that path.

College is superb if you are truly education-savvy and you can you absorb all the information, network, create connection etc. But don't think that it will transform you all by itself - your input is highly needed.

Sometimes I see those people earning $ 10k a month and I question myself: What would I do if I reach that amount one day? Right now I'm going to university and yes it sucks sometimes, but I myself wouldn't know what to do. Cancel my university by the day I have a stable, high income? Hmm... gotta think twice about that. Education is sexy, it's attractive. Everybody wants to be an academic. So have both ways. Finish your university and have your $ 10k a month from IM. And incase you loose your grip at IM, go find a job with what you studied in the past years.

I'm 20 years old and taking time off from college to do things that are of a higher priority to me. I don't make a full-time income with IM but I will in a year.

Once I'm earning good money, I'll go back to college and enjoy it for real :)

    1. Yes

    2. Going to college is dependent on the person. If you are going after a bullshit degree and spending alot, well that's on you. College is moreso a networking opportunity, especially if you go to a top tier school. Recommendation, don't go broke in college, build a nest egg for when you get out and have to go job hunting, get your credit right, get a loan when you get out for business if you've been building a network and skills base and then make it work. If you want to really get the best benefit out of college, network your ASS off. Pursue a STEM degree, join all the associated clubs and alumni networks, befriend everyone you can, join a frat (but dont fall into the mindset entirely, it's good for fun, better for networking).

    3. Make people more money with me, then they would without me. Being indispensable brings the largest returns, leading everything takes up hours, brain power, and is stressful. It's better to be creative and work with someone else, than be in control and lose your mind. Joint Ventures are the way to go. Learn a skill, become great at that skill, combine skills with others.

No reason why you can't do both. Besides college isn't just about cash or getting a degree, its a lot of fun and a great life experience.

Education is most important you can do both at the same time but priority must be education and after completing you education you will always have that second option
