I've been using ccihosting, they're in panama as well. The servers are slow as shit though and i'm thinking of looking for another host as well. Their support is pretty good, and their servers run well, just pretty slow. Im kind of stuck with them for now as I am paid up to 3-2010, but I will be looking for something faster then. The server does work well for blasting emails though.

www.panamaserver.com are pretty solid offshore plus decent support.
you can pull most shit there just no mailing with their servers and the other usual stuff.

panamaservers.com is restricting smtp on their vps'? That just doesn't sound like a very sound business strategy. Just to clarify all the emails im sending are can-spam compliant from an opt-in list, all valid unsub links etc. If the emails you're sending out meet all those requirements, I dont see any reason why they would not let you email, probably just not blatant spam.

If you look at these hosts, that allow MASS spam mailing, they'll probably go along in the darkest BH things as well:

    Home Page:
He was complaining of slow ticket time, but I had to get rid of two techs for good reasons. I am in the process of hiring more, but staff is slim. Ticket time response is normal at 1-12 hours and sometime more depending on how busy the techs are. Our services are not "shitty" and rarely do we have problems with our systems, it is almost 97% user error; we are proud of our customers and all should be responded to in a reasonable manner.

Yah same here. I had made an add on of 15 dollars which i thought was a cpanel then found out through a ticket that it was not cpanel i was getting with that. It was an honest mistake and i asked to be refunded the money. Still havent heard back from you guys and i msg you on MSN every week to see what the deal is and no answer. Get your shit together bro. Your not the only vps provider. I dont want to make a shit thread but honestly its not to much at ask for to get an answer. I didnt have any problems having you answer my questions when I was thinking of buying. But now that im using your services your casper the fucking ghost.

Yea.. if these situations dont get resolved...I am definitely making a
    SHITLIST thread about Rytech hosting...

Its sad to see yet again.. that there are BHW members that provide a service but yet lack professionalism and can't provide basic fundamental customer service...

Dude... you saw what I did to Mr Jamie whittingham (with help :) ) of the 2 million dollar company  Delta Colo...
so please provide the necessary refunds like your name says in a fucking flash...before Rytech gets a very bad rep around here...

Also I just checked my VPS... you still didnt Reboot the damn thing...
    thanks again rytech ;)

I've been through so many offshore companies, from shared to VPS to pretty much everything

Finally settled on a semi-dedicated and I'm having pretty good service so far (knock on wood)

You can PM me for the company

Wow....you're actually getting a refund? Let me know if that happens. All I got was a "read the TOS" with a pretty fucked up attitude to boot. All that, despite that fact that my VPS's were down roughly 15% of the time I had them, NOT due to anything I did. Whenever I asked what the problem was, I NEVER got an answer, only a "we had to reboot".

One more thing. Despite the fact that they openly condone BH activities, they had the nerve to say "you were sending spam" from the VPS. Uh, yeah, I was, at roughly 300 an hour from an opt-in list. What that had to do with the VPS's being down, I have no idea. I wouldn't be surprised if they're a fucking honeypot.
