I don't have a valid passport so most platforms don't apporove my account, i need a website that will allow me to receive bitcoins from other people without passport verification..

I will send my money from my perfect money account and will withdraw via btc and then i will withdraw my money in usd via payoneer. that's the plan

With crypto you need a reputable exchange. All popular ones will require verifications. And even some popular ones crash and run away. So you're best bet is Local bitcoins or find some reputable seller in your location on facebook/telegram/twitter etc.

Also get your goods first before paying.

theres alot of p2p exchange like paxful etc, also telegram are nnw have p2p feauture too
