I have scanned the web of team and project management software/apps in the hunt for the best allround one and need some help.

My search has come up with Asana and Nifty as possible ones, do you have some more to add to the list of services that are worthy to checkout that you use or used?

Would be grateful for your input in this, and I´m sure others here will to .. =)

Asana has so much functionality, myself and Prey24 got some good progress done with her.

Wish I had more time using her though.

Edit: It was great as I was using it to brief writers, graphic designers and keep clients informed on their tasks being worked on, completed and started etc.

Thanks for your insights, hopefully more people will chip in with their knowledge on the subject.

I use Rukovoditel. It takes a lil while to learn the ropes but you can customize and finetune the project structure as much as you want.

I'm going to use ClickUp once I start hiring writers for my niche website.

I've watched numerous videos comparing all the major project management systems just like you, but I liked ClickUp the most.

Initially, I thought of just making a simple Google Spreadsheet, but I figured it was way too limited.

ClickUp's workflow seems really well organized with their structure of Spaces > Folders > Lists.

E.g for a content team: You can have Spaces for different websites, Folders for your Keyword Research, Writers/Editors Guides, and individual Lists for the actual topics your writers can choose from. All of these can have different permissions, which is exactly what I want.

They have many more awesome features like custom fields, automations, hundreds of integrations with different apps, etc.

Take a look at Anne and how she sets up ClickUp at Yeys.com. I think she had an article on exactly how she does it. She manages over 50 employees and posts hundreds of articles while earning more than $100k monthly with niche/authority websites.

I have a fetish for you

For time keeping only - Clockify (super simple, free is enough)
For project mgmt - Teamwork (has everything, takes a bit to learn)
For task mgmt only - Trello (really underrated! The way the card sorting works is brilliant for managing important/less important tasks in hand)

asana is fine but I don't like their gantt. that's why I'm testing clickup right now. It seems like this is the way to go.

Sorry, I stopped reading after the word fetish and jumped into the thread...
