I've been doing IM for the past couple of years and it's been going well for me.

Since salaries are low in my country ($450/month), I was thinking of hireing 5 employees who I'll teach SEO basics like PBN creation and content so that I can work on multiple projects at once.

Anyone has employees or a team?
    Is it worth it?

Biggest thing I am worried of is employees leaving so they can start on their own SEO journey.

Make them sign a non-compete then.

While $450 is probably more expensive than hiring a VA, you'll get a lot more work done with in-house staff.

I hired a friend of mine for some work a while back, and we blasted through it at a much faster rate than I would have normally worked.

I employ a few people in various on and offline businesses, it's a bit of a nightmare with regulations changing almost daily, why not outsource the work and save yourself some hassle

I think its good only if you want to closely monitor their work. Or else you get VA for $300-$400 and they are skilled workers, you do not need to waste your time and energy teaching them

I want to hire a content writer. I guess a PR is best.
