Hey forum,

As a part of my marketing "primary research" for university, I am asking this question.

Do you go to college? Do you like the experience?

I'm in community college right now. Next quarter is my last, and I'll be transferring to university next fall.

Community college is shit. And I don't mean "the shit", in the good way. I mean it's complete shit. Boring, depressing environment. Why? Because 90% of the people are really not going anywhere with their life.

In a 4 year right now and it's not the best. I'd rather be working or expanding my business. It has no practical knowledge I can actually apply in real life and the system makes it so you HAVE to take a useless class just for the sake of some units that you NEED to have or you won't graduate. I'm taking a women in European history class to satisfy a req. Retarted right?

Can't agree with you more.

For my program, which is in accounting, I got to take some 6 non-commerce courses.

It doesn't make any sense LOL. I mean 6 non related courses and paying up for all those.

Simply Retarded ; Simply Waste

I am and i feel like i dont learn anything in most of my classes and its boring as fuk.

Seriously debating on a fake degree as a backup instead of going to class 7 hours a day for another 3.5 years

Lmao. I know how you feel man. Honestly, all these useless classes is just a stupid system designed to "weed out the weak". I don't know how useful a degree will be given our current economy, but I'm still going to get one as a back up. Plus, I don't think my parents would ever talk to me again if I didn't go to university, and I do love my parents haha.

I find that people who says that they're not learning anything from college are going to pretty shoddy colleges or universities or they're doing some extremely basic IT course that teaches HTML which they've learned from messing around in IM. I mean no offense to anyone but I go to the top university in Australia and study psychology and major in artificial intelligence and the things I've learned and continue to learn just amaze me to no end and have been very useful in numerous occasions.

As for if I like it or not, I absolutely love it.

Went to a 4 year prestigious school for free.
Needlessly to say I literally told the Dean to go fuck himself as the curriculum being taught was far substandard and taught nothing.
Now I am IM'ing while working part time and I am on track to be working 3 hours a WEEK online without hampering my lifestyle.

Some overpaid college professor that knows less than me on a subject will be making far less money than myself very shortly.

I personally see no correlation between a piece of paper and somebody making money. Sure spending 50-250k on a piece of paper can drop you in a 50-150k a year job, but a little bit of brains can take you further.

I looked at my ROI of school versus what I am doing now, I see this as the better option.

Yeah my parents were pissed when I left school, but they can't argue with the paychecks I get.

Just look at some of the most successful people in the US- Larry Ellison, Sheldon Adelson, etc - College dropouts.

Do you go to college? - Yes I stay in the college hostel 24/7 but I hardly attend classes.
Do you like the experience? - Apart from boring lectures, I pretty much like it. ;)

Do you go to college? - Yes I I do. Gradute on Wed Woohoo!
Do you like the experience? - Girls, parties are fun. Lots of useless shit, but i've picked up a few things. Only thing that really makes it worth the money is the help they give you with writing. Your going to be writing no matter what you do. Grammar is important.

College is awesome, it'll be the prime of your life (depending on where you go).
