    Hey folks,
I am planning to buy some articles, I am just curious what kind of action can I take so that the person doesn't sell the same article to others.

May be some kind of copyright contract or what?

If you can provide some examples it would be really helpful.

    Thanks.

I wouldn't worry too much about this - if you hire on the forums, just look at the person's itrader / history etc. Once you publish the article, nothing can prevent other people from stealing it if they want to. If you want to have a contract, you will have to probably go with a company and in that case, expect to pay higher rates. Just my 2c

I agree, once the article is out there anyone could steal it anyway so there is really no way to tell if the writer sold it again or it was picked up off your site. Find someone that looks like they have a decent track record and then worry about something else that you can actually control.
