Do you feel loved nurtured and cared for by money?
how can something soulless love/care for me?
How do you know that money doesn't love or have a soul?
I'm a naturalist I prefer split tail.
When I need professional medical help.
And a house.
And things to make my dogs happy.
And things to make my wife happy.
So yes, yes I do.
edit- I feel loved and nurtured by my efforts. I wasn't born into money. Everything I have I made for myself. Don't get me wrong, I owe a lot of that to payments from clients, customers, vendors, etc... as well as work from partners and employees. We use currency to trade effort for stuff.
Of course, the same way I feel loved and nurtured by a rock that's in my garden. The rock may save our lives one day, when an alien ship is trying to invade us and as it comes near my house the rock is sucked into the alien spaceship's engine and it blows up into a mushroom cloud saving all of humanity.
See, that rock cares about me. I love it. The rock loves me and this is the best possible thing I could write in reply to your bullshit question.
So you don't feel connected to everything around you?
Define LOVE & NURTURE? I do not think so. Money is not capable of doing those things.
What makes you think money is not capable of doing that? Is it because you have never experienced it?
Money is a bitch!
What makes you think that?
The way I feel about money is very hard to put into words. We have a connection, though I'm trying to make it stronger lbvs.
yeah I feel loved nurtured by money because without it I'm a poor guys now, without food to eat, a house to live. everything that I have today its because of money except from my family, of course I had them because of my kindness.
Money should be best kept as a servant. We should avoid elevating its position any further. The moment we raise its value in our life, our already fucked up life becomes worse. So, enjoy with all $$$$$ you're having, but never let money control your life.
She is never there when you need her.
OP, why are you obsessed with money? It's kind of weird that you think you have a relationship with it...
Money isn't necessary for the human race to survive, it's actually holding us back. But, in this day and age, you need it.
Ah money have made lots of it was very unhappy three houses and a whole raft of personal problems, folks hanging around every corner wanting some of your money...
Got rid of all that baggage years ago, now living a very simple life - no debt - no car - (some health issues that I am dealing with and saving money to fix), but for me every day the sun shines and I am happy, which to me means much more than having a ton of money if the same money comes with problems...
All of the sudden this seems like a more loaded, pretentious question.
The question itself is confounding.
Money is, by definition, inanimate. It's not alive. We attach feelings to living, intelligent beings.
Since you exchange money for goods and services that (potentially) make you feel happy I suppose you could correlate that with humans who give you goods and services or try to make you feel happy, but the fact is than an inanimate object does not care. It can't. It has no consciousness.
You have justified why you feel the way you do (yet) but I'm assuming you subscribe to an eastern or new-age way of thinking in which everything is all part of some collective consciousness or something to that effect.
I'm not here to say if that's right or wrong - or even if right or wrong exists - but I will say it's a little bit disconcerting that you ask the question but don't explicitly state your views - you just imply them in your judgement of other people's comments.
Needless to say, I do not feel loved by money.
Maybe I just don't have enough of it
If I had enough, it would do the trick
