    With many people spending long hours on the computer, do you watch your food intake and eat healthy or don't care ?

    I try to. I fail alot though. I go through stages of eating like crap, putting on a few pounds and then eating healthy working out to drop it back off. Also I switched to a standing desk recently to try and stay in a tad better shape.

    I spend 5-6 hours per day on the computer at home but still have a pretty active day job. What I eat really depends on where I am at the time and what is available.
    If I'm at home I like to try and eat decent food but if I'm out on the road then I think nothing of a bacon egg double cheese burger with salad (gotta watch the cholesterol) to keep me fuelled until I get home.

    Yap i eat healthy all the time.. Healthy burgers, healthy pica`s , healthy hot-dogs etc.. Seriously with all the work i dont have time to prepare any food so i guess that is why i have all delivery services in my area on speed dial lol

    Personally I try to eat healthy or at least eat homemade meals and I am actually a good chief myself. I don't care how much time it takes me to make food, whether it's 20 minutes for hot sandwiches or 2.5 hours for a lasagna because cooking is the only time my mind gets away from everyday stuff, IM, problems, etc. and that's when I relax at most. Those who do not cook lose a great part of their life IMO.

    I always buy a lot of healthy food when I'm at the grocer.
    Then on the weekdays I realize none of it taste any good
    and end up getting take out D=

    Instead of starting the day with a coffee, I like to make a smoothie instead. You get a ton of energy without having the shakes or the sh1ts that comes with coffee.

    Of course. A better sample question would be asking: What snack did you eat last?
    - Fruit / Vegetables
    - Junk
    - Etc

    Because no one wants to admit they eat poorly. You can already see how inaccurate the results are.

    Last snack for me was strawberries.

    Strawberries are extremely unhealthy. They are full of sugar and artificial colors.

    Nah, its the artificial sugars that are good for you. Scientists made them to be better and they hep strengthen your teeth. Its like saying "Hey teeth, cop this" and they get stronger from copping it.

    Well you are Jeff Bezos owning one of the biggest companies in the world ;)

    As for me. I'm into both sides. Eating healthy, and eating more types of foods I know aren't good for me. However I workout at least 4 times a week sometimes more, and these aren't tiny little exercises of 10 sit ups and 5 push ups. High intensity cardio, hundreds of push ups done in increments of 15-20 at a time and basically weight training for building muscle, which in turn burns more calories just having it (plus it looks nice).

    I'm able to maintain my weight and actually lose weight slowly over the long run and build muscle at the same time. However my life is basically a 50/50 in terms of healthy and unhealthy eating. Add the occasional booze and binge eating from smoking marijuana and sometimes I do eat/gain more than i should. But you gotta enjoy what you enjoy most.
