I have had alot of bot created social signals, should i submit them to disavow tool?
I assume since social signals are big value in seo, then the ones that are unnatural can do harm and might have been reason for penguin 2.1 penalty in my case.

    What do you think?

I'm not 100% sure but I'm 99% sure that you don't need to worry about removing Social Backlinks. The only links you or anyone else should worry about removing would be spammy low quality type links such as "Blog Comment" links.

I wouldn't do it. Just leave it but next time try to make them drip feed/ look natural and organic instead of blasting social links

I use to rank for my niche using few backlinks, after blasting it with social backlinks from a service on bhw, it made my site completely disappear from search engine for my main keyword. So i woudnt recommend using social backlinks on brand new sites. Now i had to disavow all the links.

Mate it depends on the type of social backlink. Real social backlinks from Twitter or FB I would keep.

Some "social" bookmarking website thats a joke, I'd remove or try to get removed and disavow if I couldn't get it removed.

Who told you social signals have big SEO value? Don't waste your time disavowing them. They hold little to no value and will disappear over time, that is if they were even indexed in the first place.
