I have added about 70 percent of my websites there but now I got a little skeptical and think that might be the way for google to identify all of my websites. What do you guys think?

I've read different suggestions from different ppl. Some say to keep g out of your site, others say that g already knows about you... but you have a good question lets see if it can start a debate here. cheers

I personally don't trust Google. Therefore, I only have less than 5% of my 100+ domains using webmaster tools.

If you have adsense on your site, well they already everything they need to know right?

I don`t have adsense in any of my sites. And also having the same adsense account for 100s of sites is a big no-no if you don`t want to be banned.

I have them all added even my porno sites and streaming sports sites.

I dont use them all with webmaster tools but there are almost all linked to my analytics account.

I was also asking myself recently about the impact that it can have on my ranking because like i can understand from my analysis, Google can not know a lot of informations from website traffic if analytics, webmaster tools or adsens is not installed there.

Your question is interesting for webmaster tools but also for the other tools.

Shouldn't HOW you're promoting your site play a role in whether or not you use Webmaster? I mean, as long as you're not spamming the hell outta your main site, I don't think it would be a problem?

It`s not a secret that google hates affiliates and MFA websites so in both cases that could result in huge SERP drops/de-indexed websites, etc.

In the case of Affiliate Links and MFA websites Google Webmaster Tools is unlikely to make any difference. Google can get all of that information from your coding when they crawl it. Google webmaster tools most important thing is checking where your traffic and links are coming from.

sure that's how they identify your websites. I only add my good websites there. You can get some very important details about your website actually, so it's a good tool to use

This....I keep Google code off my sites, I have adsense on a few sites but generally even stay away from that. Google is in the business of collecting and using information and they never throw any of it away. There is really no reason to give them any more info than you absolutely have to.
