Do we need to use a user agent switcher extension if using a 4G proxy?

Guys,

I wanted to ask you one small thing... so, our client normally uses a browser agent spoof so always shows different computer OS details, I turned it off and now it shows my personal computer details so using FireFox / Windows 10 - But, if we are using a mobile IP should it not show that it's a mobile. So for example if I go here now when using the IP: https://www.iplocation.net/find-ip-address

It will show this here:
User AgentMozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0

So does this mean YouTube would view these details, and not the 4G mobile agent specs?

4G proxy does not have its own useragent, your browser does. There is another type called “passive os fingerprinting” for detecting your real device. And there is also waaay more info that your browser exposes about your device.
Check browserleaks.com for more detailed reports and start diving deeper into spoofing

Thanks, currently we hide the use the browser agent extension and also disable the WebRTC

User agent is sent via your browser and you can spoof it. However it doesn't have to be a mobile user agent coz many people use hotspot from their mobile devices.

In your specific case, it may be wise to sign up to the free plan of Incogniton.

That combined with your mobile 4g proxy should be all you'd need for your situation.
