Do we need to keep warm up mail or just need to do it at the beginning?

What is the normal warm up duration, 2 weeks? 1 month?

2-4 weeks but can't hurt to keep it with a consistens respond rate running
 
Monthly maintenance will be good enough
 
Only if the metrics are bad after start sending
means if you have slow open rate or many go to spam I would do the warm up to get better metrics
 
Hi there, one more question, what is the warm up time, for I new account, if I had it warmed up like 2 weeks, then start bulk sending , (10k per day for example), will that ok?
