I just found out today that you can use scrapebox to find high PR forums, and make a profile link on it -> instant backlinks!

My question is, do backlinks gotten from this method any good? Because even if PR of the forums itself, is high - the generated profile page have no PR.

Should I focus on high PR forums, or on all forums regardless of PR?
Or just forget about it and just do blog commenting?

What are your thoughts on this?

Even if the profile page has no PR, it still carries the Link Juice of the High PR forum. I usually douse both blog comments and forum profiles for High Rankings.

High Pr profile links definitely works better.
But by all means get lots of pr0 links to mix it up a bit.
