Do PR links even help, I am getting 120 Authority news links?

I am getting this package cost $350 for about 120 high Authority backlinks from big news websites, some of them do follow and some no follow.
But most of them will be relevant since I am posting my article.

surely help your site but again take time also depend how Google updates go and other search engine. Next also the topics is it can be in trend for at least months even after one year or so people will search for it. Not expert here come SEO , I also learning here just comment for what I feel.

so $3 per PR link. This is too cheap and I think you'll tank your site (not because I say so, but because I've heard that google considers most PR links spam now, so be careful)
