I want to buy a domain on g0daddy and it's the exact name, except there is a - separating the first name and last name.

This person is very famous, but is expected to become more famous in a few years.

Will there be any problems right now or in the near future?

Hey dude I can assure you the only way is - whois guard - offshore hosting to delay them catching you but they will go after you and catch you sooner or later - all you are doing this way is extending the time you will be able to use it - until they find you

    Or

Approach the person and see if it is ok to use and open up as a fan site

    • Thanks Thanks x 1

celebrities names are basically automatically trademarked without them even having to register for a trademark. not worth registering.
