Do people click links in pin description?

I was thinking, since I don't own enough images to use. I was thinking about repinning others images and adding my link in the description, but do people actually notice the descriptions?

Yes of course they do click. It really depends on the quality of the post

Yes; they do. Add more content on your pins' description, if you use the plugin to post pins back to your blog; the inserted URL from the description will be indexed too if you have your blog's "index" as default.
