People buy CPA leads in bulk. Many people on Elance buying them. Depends how you are getting them on whether or not people will buy them. Nobody wants their CPA account to get banned.

No he is talking about buying leads. You can look on a site like
    Code:
    http://www.freelancer.com
and type in CPA leads and it will come up with a lot of results. There are providers who will get leads in "whatever way you say" for a 50/50 split. It's a sketchy area and I'd suggest to stay away from it.

I have bought email/zip leads from freelacer and I have tried 2 people, 1 was really really slow, and the other I Have paid $200, he had to bring me 400 leads (Which would make me $400-$500), but he brought about 100 leads making me $200, and he was making excuses of lack of internet, having to go to another country, he even asked for my Paypal username and pass so he can pay his partner and he would send me via WU, and later he asked for my credit card info to activate FB, wow.

Don't deal with anyone unless you know a really trusted guy.

Bad Idea! if you buy cpa leads, these cpa networks would definitely ban your accounts,i really do not know how they access the quality but they would know.

As a noobie I wondered the same thing and decided it was not worth the risk. But as someone above suggested about freelancer's site, it is a big risk, you may not want to take. After doing some research for the cpa lead providers, alot of their clients would come back weeks later saying their account was banned. Don't do it, it is not worth it.

I hear once you have been banned, the word spreads to other networks and it will be hard to get in with other networks. Just my 2 cents...good luck though buddy.
