I love online courses offered by some famous guy who is making money on the internet. But after taking their courses , i thought that , Is that it ? Is it true that they reveal all their secrets on a course ?

So i came here to get some thoughts from BHW community. What do you think?

No. Always remember this quote "Those who can, do; those who can't, teach".

(There are a few exceptions, but not a lot)

Most people who offer courses give you at best give a sample of what's really going or an introduction to an idea or system or so.

Secrets or skills business or SEO wise generally only shared privately for example online video calls or physical meetings.

Not fully, but they will give you many hints. You have to brainstorm and do it with your own twist

99% of the time, they don't. When it comes to making money strategies, it's probably 100%.

The rest of the guides, YouTube/Facebook Mastery by some really creative marketers has personally helped me a lot in getting started with those social networks so I would say they were worth the money atleast to me. If you buy a quality guide, read between the lines and take action with your own twist - it definitely helps!

50 bucks course on how to make your first million?

Cut onions if that doesn't make you weep.

Can you name the marketers whose courses/guides you found to be valuable?

Courses do work. My friend started with courses and in 2 years he found a real 5 figure job. So there is definitely knowledge in them. They let you know what is the most important. He was not a marketer, but a software dev. Anyways in marketing you can find ideas you would have trouble finding otherwise.

The big secret is to make money selling the course. This is your biggest source of income.
When I find a secret to get rich, I will not tell. It is best to see how successful people get the money.

bhw downloads board & other sites share those courses for free
it's shocking ppl pay $499-$1499+ or even $49 for info that u saw for free on bhw last week/month/year
sometimes u can extract a gold nugget of info. but its usually nothing new under the sun.
if it comes with 1:1 consulting, mentorship, private group, extra stuff like that. i can see it being worthwhile.
but it's like most ppl here came to congruence over: guru's make more money selling the course than the method the course teaches.

Of course not. They'd open themselves up to competition and they will lose money. The only "secrets" they'll share are those that will not affect their income.

Agree, most expensive courses usually have nothing new to offer. But newbies might find them useful.

It really depends on what the price you are paying for the course lol. Normally from what i see, the really good ones they charge pretty steep prices.
