Go for a paypal dispute > item not received and tell the buyer to show proof that he/she sent you the item.

Yes Paypal does not refund digital items. Only if something is shipped. No programs or books. Have to do a charge back through cc or bank. Good luck. May try telling paypal she was going to send you info in the mail?

I have gotten refunds from digital items before - Just opened a dispute and money was refunded, never had any problem

Patience.

If the price you paid is true, and she is not a scammer, then I would imagine that she is now SWAMPED with orders.

Wait a day or two, then email again.

If this was a scam (and it could very well be) then this is another type of post that is bringing BHW down to sh*t!

There are WAY too many new people here that are pulling some underhanded crap to the members of this community. Just another reason to shut the doors for awhile, and weed out these worthless pieces of sh*t, and bring this forum back to the bad-ass-mamma-jamma that it once was.

I am with you on this buddy, too many scams going on here.

Either he wasn't scammed and she followed though with the order or this is a bullshit post. The op has not even been back to show proof.

Black Hat University is your answer i'm guessing.

Don't even go through PP. Hopefully you paid with a CC, and go directly to the CC bank and do a chargeback, if she indeed scammed you. You have 30 days to do that. The bank has direct power over PP. PP will lose the money and freeze her account with a negative balance on a chargeback.

Rest assured, your cc payments on paypal will be easy to recover if you are robbed...

Unfortunately, sometimes buyer scammers know this and play it on the vendor...=(

Well what was her BHW username? It's nowhere in your post. I'd PM her to come to this thread to respond, but I need her username.

paypal might refund you but I had very bad experience with this. Check out paypalsucks.com to read all the bullshit paypal does to get your money...

A few Paypal facts that might help:

a) Paypal officially does not help on a dispute on digital items .
But you can still dispute it.
b) A running dispute can already be enough reason for paypal to lock down an account for up to 6 months, including the money. This is until the dispute is solved.
c) If people report a paypal owner to scam then the account can easily be flagged as "under observation" or similar

A paypal dispute is the worst thing that can happen to any online business, because paypal is known to simple close down accounts even if they had a perfect relationship for years.
I once had a VPS account that had a real bad connection to europe and there was no way to get my money back. I tried a lot of mails to cancel the account (that was at day 3 ) and all were clearly answered that there is no chance.
I opened a dispute, it took 15 minutes and my money was back including a mail that told me that they are very sorry and now fully understand my problems.

The reason to this is: When a paypal dispute is opened paypal does not see it for the start.
It's just an email contact to the account owner.
If the dispute continues and is not solved then a paypal supporter will get into it and that includes the dangers above.

What you should only do as last resort: Calling your bank or CC company.
You'll be on the paypal black list for sure. If you must call your bank to stop a transaction then make sure to remove any money from your paypal account first.
Paypal has the right (you signed that when getting the account) to lock your account and money for up to 6 months and then delete it refunding you the money and they regulary do this.

Long text short info:
Open a dispute, even if the item was not protected by paypal. You'r likely to win.
Don't call your bank if there are any options left.

Yea ok ...First! The lady told me within hours of receiving my payment i would receive my accounts! So a "couple of days was long enough! Especially after i sent many emails to her and NOTHING back! And here we are a week later and still nothing from her so i think it would be safe to say I WAS SCAMMED!Second i ONLY posted on here to warn others so they weren't scammed too! YOUR WELCOME! Third why the hell would I post false claims about someone...what could I possibly gain from that. I absolutely hate posting on forums any more! I KNEW i was going to get horrible feedback! But did so to warn others! And of course i knew it was an insane price to begin with but damn ppl are selling these accounts for insane amount of money!!! How could this not be tempting!! And i'm busy makeing over 1500 a week so 100 lost wasn't a huge issue :)

I have no idea what her Bwh username was i couldn't find her post again (which i already stated in my first post for those ppl that DON'T READ!)

Too the high and mighty that are saying I'm the scam and why haven't i been back here... I'm busy MAKING MONEY! This isn't my first day in the marketing world and I don't sit around stalking message boards! SORRY!

I guess this is the "Paypal Proof" ppl were whining about:

Dear BHW member,

This email confirms that you sent a payment for $100.00 USD to [email protected].

Payment details
Amount: $100.00 USD
Subject: PayPal money request from Trisha for 100 PVAS plus 10 bonus
Note:Hello BhwMember, I will have your accounts to you a couple hours after I receive your payment. A review would be greatly appreciated. I will include the 10 extra accounts with your order. Thanks, Trisha

This payment was sent using your credit card.

For your future payments, try using Instant Transfer instead!

- Faster than paying with checks

- Pay directly from your bank account - purchases won't show up on bills at the end of the month.

Sincerely,

I'm just wondering...what is a PVA? What is it used for?

Thanks for sharing...

Well excuse the hell out of me...

Are you absolutely positive you contacted this person through BHW? How exactly did you contact this person? I've searched through your PMs, dating back to the 29th of November, and there's nothing in there even remotely close to the email address or blog you posted. I've also scoured the forums for her email address and blog link with zero results. If you want us to do anything other than suggest the very obvious idea of filing a PayPal chargeback (which won't work), then I suggest you sit down and try really hard to either find the thread here on BHW or remember his/her username. Until then, chalk your mistake up to being gullible.

LMAO! I didnt ask for anyone on this site to do anything for me! Please READ my post before you try and talk some nonsense! I was simply warning ppl about this scam! I'm assuming she deleted her post! And i didnt contact her via PM but through the email she provided in her post! Her site is still up go ahead and buy from her if you want some proof!

maybe should consider setting up a fraud control grp in bhw :)

Hi, I'm new to this place but I thought I'd start my posting by helping someone, so here goes:

I too was scammed by someone, and PayPal didn't help me. You can e-mail them and have them consider suspending the scammer's account, so you can e-mail to spoof at paypal dot com, or you can go to the FBI's website: econsumer dot gov, and post your complaint there.

Get this person's IP address as well from the e-mails and any other infomation you have on them. I'd also ask PayPal if they are willing to help you track this person since they have all their details. If you tell them you're getting the FBI involved they may be more inclined to help you.

As for my experience, they actually DID check into my story when I posted, and get back to me, but the person was in Bangladesh, where they apprently have no jurisdiction or something like that.

Anyway, you can also write the FBI direcly: tips dot fbi dot gov.

Too bad there isn't some cyber police to catch these people...

This is a good idea but do you think the FBI will waste their precious time chasing $100 scam? There are many parts to this scammer... How do you know this dude is even a "she" from all indications this person has been planning this and so has set the stage for deception...IP may be a public Computer from some remote country. Try paypal dispute claim, you may get something there.

I took time out of my day (to be nice) to try and help you, and you treat me like this? What in the FUCK is wrong with you?

I'm assuming she deleted her post!
That's not possible; only a mod or admin can delete threads/posts. So if she posted a thread here, it's still here on the forum somewhere.

So you can't remember the person's username, the thread title, or its location on the forum? Are you sure you even have the RIGHT forum? Do a search for her email, it turns up several other locations where she's selling these PVAs...

I'm going to change the title of this thread to something more appropriate, until you remember the username of the person you sent $100 to...
