No follow or do follow either Google Wil take them into consideration
No one know exactly how much

Will it help in SEO ranking ? But why it's still Nofollow
um, I just told you that it helps, why ask the same question twice?

And I don't why they're nofollow but if I were to guess I'd say it's because the owners of those websites don't want their domains to leak link juice out to other sites. But I don't know whether or not this is the real reason, so you'll have to ask them personally :)

I need more ideas, Anyone does have an experience based on a a real experiment ?

Any link from a high authority site of that sort is usually a good indication to the algo that your site is worth some sort of ranking boost. I don't think it matters if it is a d0f0llow or nofollow link.

According to my experience, No.

I once even had a Dollow link from FORBES

I could not notice any difference.
But that does not mean that it has to be the same for you.

The problem is a backlink from forbes could cost $xxxx so I was just wondering if Nofollow link from forbes could help.

Big editorial sites carrying your link bring authority via potentially tons of direct clickthroughs to your site. Depending on how it was placed or how much compelling content it delivers, that organic traffic builds immediate credibility to the url despite it having no direct bearing on SEO or ranking.

based on my experience, a press release including such links didn't make any kind of impact
