Let's say you have a landing page for a CPA offer. This landing page is getting traffic, around 600-700 a day and has around 50 backlinks.

Would this landing page get indexed by google even though it's simply a (one-page)landing page for another site (the CPA offer).

Everything will get indexed if you not gonna use nofollow noindex commands...

I don't think the search engines know if its a landing page or not, they just see it as a page. So it will be indexed just like any other page.

So it doesn't matter if the landing page is just one page describing the product then having a link to the actual CPA offer page?

Also does it matter if the site is forwarded on godaddy to go directly to the CPA offer page, like if on godaddy the forwarded link was something like:

***.clickbank so when the vistor goes to my site it would forward the visitor to the clickbank CPA offer landing page. Would this still get indexed by google or would google see this site as no value and thus no index page rank? Even if it had a lot of traffic and backlinks?

    Thanks for the answers.

Yeah, the notion is that Landing Pages aren't meant for/can't be used for SEO because they lack "site authority".

Many people don't realize the Page Rank factor depends largely on the number of internal pages linking back at your page.

That's how Google tells the difference between a landingpage that's selling shit and a "useful" info site. Naturally, Google's going to hide the pages selling shit regardless of keyword optimization and backlinks to improve search quality.

Google thinks, "If you're selling - you're biased." And that's logical, right? Why wouldn't they.

But there's an easy way around it: Autoblogging.

Install a wordpress in /info/ of your landingpage directory and start autoblogging the shit out of any related keywords. There's a copy of WP-robot floating around the net - just start posting 3-4 a day and make sure you have a solid SEO plugin installed. SEO-All-In-One will help alot, but I recommend seo-pressor plugin.

If you need power in the punch, get some fancy auto-syndicating plugins to submit your new posts to the RSS aggregates and social bookmark sites. Maxblogpress ping optimizer will help a lot too.

Make sure you link to your landingpage in the navigation bar or in a sidebar widget that follows every post on the blog.
This is where you'll get your internal links.

Soon you'll have hundreds of internal links and your landingpage will climb the ranks quicker than a bat outta hell.

I set the system up on mine and I've been ranked #1 for "profile backlinks" for months now and always will. I think I owe a lot of it's success to my combination of plugins.

Thanks for the information! very informative!

What are autoblogs best for besides generating information on the sites? Can you combine a autoblog and a cpa offer landing page in a cunning way of some sort?

    Wrong.

There are certain keywords that classify your page as commercial.

They´ll get indexed, but not ranked depending on how commercial it is.

Another good way to get indexed on the first 3 pages of google in a couple of hours is to get a couple of yahoo answers level 2 accounts, and ask a question with popular keywords related to your cpa offer, and then answer your own question with the other account with your cpa link, and vote it best answer after a few hours.

You then have your own mini-site usually on page 1,2 or 3 of google and good traffic :D

So for my particular niche of software updates I could ask, "What is the best software for updating drivers?"

Then answer a few hours later with my link and rate it best answer after a few more hours.

This would then make up for the fact that my CPA offer landing page is still a single page but would get it ranked if it has 500-600 traffic a day with backlinks as yahoo created a mini-site for my link?

So if a landing page (one page) CPA offer was getting traffic and backlinks then it would be able to acquire a decent rank on alexa?

Funny you mention it - somebody tried the Yahoo Answers tactic against me, same keyword. Had me worried at first because I was getting outranked by a little shit-stain Yahoo Answer, but it fell off the first page a few days later. I think Google's getting smarter about the little tricks.

Pardon me for being slow on this one? How do you answer with your link or "cpa link"? When I registered for yahoo it didn't ask for my website info. Is there a kind of account I can get that will link to my site? What is CPA? Can you elaborate?
