There MUST be a logic point why they need a mobile number ;)

So the answer is yes? I just need to be 110% sure.

Is there any way for these people to block or ignore these texts? And will the network find out if my people are blocking the texts or will it make no difference?

This offers converts after MO opt in, they person won't get charged for it right?

If they submit their mobile number and enter a PIN code, then they usually start getting charged weekly until they unsubscribe

yeah most offers charge right away as soon as user enter PIN but they do get something in return like some sort of service or ringtones or other mobile content.
