    Hi everyone,

I feel I'm slowly getting the hang of SEO after reading a lot on this forum and implementing some tactics myself for my websites.

In regards to link building, and the same for mini-nets and link pyramids, etc, i'm wondering if someone can tell me if this is correct or not, and if it is ultimately a smart strategy in SEO that will likely yield positive results.

If I build up some back links from directory submissions, social media, and articles, then for each of the pages that is linking to my website, I implement an RSS ping, and further link building to this page which ultimately gets the search engines to view the links within these posts more often, which then indicates to them that my website is popular, and my SEO will then improve.

If I do a scrapebox or xrummer blast on a directory submission back link page, is this something that would help my SEO? The same applies for social media backlinks and blasting them with a bunch of backlinks themselves. I'm pretty sure this is used regularly for article submissions, but am a bit unsure about the effectiveness of a blast of backlinks to a directory submission, any confirmation would be appreciated as well as some feedback on if my overview of this is correct.

    Thanks.
