Do I risk my servers' IP getting blacklisted when using it to download YouTube videos?

So I just installed Youtube-DL on my VPS and I used it to download a bunch of videos.
However, downloading videos from youtube is against Googles' TOS.
Is there any way for Google to tell I'm downloading those videos and is there a chance that they ban my servers IP from accessing YouTube?

NO I dont think it would matter much since you are not hitting any youtube api to download videos so that they could get notified that x person from so and so location is downloading lot of videos.

    Thank you @socialmediapro
I thought so too, because basically I'm not receiving any data which a regular viewer wouldn't.
I guess it won't hurt to buy a proxy to make 100% sure I'm staying safe though.
