Do I need VPS or Normal?

Before I get this Egay thing going which might upset Egay you will see why this week ,er I am wondering, do I really need VPS webhosting for a Egay site or can i just run it on normal webhosting?

As normal is way cheaper and in my current budget.

You did not provide too many details but if you are doing blackhat stuff, each web host's stance on your activities will differ. TOS/AUP's may give you insight on whether your activities are allowed. Also, if you do find that you need a VPS, there are many VPS providers that cost about the same as normal shared hosting. For VPS's, I would recommend Linode. Their policy for what is allowed is essentially: if it is legal, you can do it. Also, letting us know what your budget is would be helpful.
