    Hey guys,

so with the help someone awesome. I was able to figure out that my site was over optimized and decided to reduce the keyword density by deleting all I could.

But I noticed that I have the word in my word press article title and as my h1 tag.

I don't know which I can delete without affecting my seo. Can I just leave the wordpress title field blank and go ahead and put the title as the h1?

How about adding more content without including your keyword? That would add value to your blog and reduce the keyword density.

I usually go into editor and remove the code for displaying titles. I prefer to add it my self as a h1

Not sure what you mean. I took a picture and can I delete the first one or the second one which is also the h1 tag.

Keep the title. Remove the one declared as H1.
Speaking of keyword density, make sure you don't go beyond 1 percent.

I'd recommend you to use WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin. You'll never go wrong.
I have this plugin installed in all my clients' websites since I'm the one posting the content I supply to them.

    I hope that helps. :)

Just add more content that doesn't include your keyword, and it will reduce the density.

Leave the title and do not risk removing it. Then you need to add more content with less keywords in it and make sure
you keep keyword density at around 3% or less.
