i believe my ads look great and get down to the point. my targeting is possibly in question

my ads do not perform as i would like them to, at this point i have thrown $500 out the window without one conversion, my last ad performed well with 1.5k page likes but no conversions

i believe the products on my website are hard to target an audience with and get good ads.

somebody willing to help please shed help on my problems
with proper advertising my business would be excelling its what i am lacking
(my competition is killing it right now 700k page likes etc why do their ads perform so well over mine)

    (tools i used)
Social Interest Freak <---- did not help

Do split tests on interests of targeting. Could also be the landing page.

There are so many factors that go into it and it is all really high level stuff when you try to get into conversion. Impressions, likes and clicks are one thing. But in the end you have to think about many things when it comes to converting for money making:

-who you are targeting (is the audience properly qualified in your niche)
-how large is your audience (has impact on how many times one person will be shown the ad - frequency)
-what is your rel score and cost per engagement (also has an impact on how far that set budget stretches - frequency)
-is your title and ad copy effective (do you give too much information upfront and they lose interest before converting)
-how effective is your landing page do you use analytics and heat maps to see what your audience is doing

Those are just some of the things you need to think about, other marketing tactics like scarcity and social proof/reviews about your service/product itself is important as well. There are too many variables and the largest one is your particular niche, every single one is different.

Impossible to say the problem but don't hire an agency to handle it. They wouldn't be spending their own money so how can you put something like that in their hands. All I can suggest is more testing. I went through thousands of banner images last year on Facebook ads, no such thing. As too much testing. Also broaden your audience as much as possible and bid ocpm for website clicks. I'd suggest ignoring mobile to start

Unless you're selling a product that costs $100+ you only need to spend $20 before you kill a target demo.

Its all about targeting and copy and image.

You need to get all those things right for fb ads to work for you.

If you are not willing to provide more info here then we can not help you... in which case I suggest you post in the hire a freelancer section.

do a split test. run ads with different headline, different platform and if you are using storry telling technique you should create story that can catch user attention. if you sell something like "back pain belt"@ example, educate prospect by leading them to your website and show the information on "how to release back pain".

then run the post ads again to see any different result.

Maybe try not to link directly to a salespage, people on fb are most of the time having fun and socialize.
Check your ad from your competitor/landingpage how do they differ?
