Do I need to file a separate Schedule C for affiliate marketing & client stuff?

Some of my income comes from affiliate marketing (Amazon etc). Then I also do things like write articles, do local SEO etc (I count that as my own "agency") type stuff.

Am I correct in assuming that I need to file a separate schedule C for both and keep my expenses separate?

It would be convenient for me to assume that it's all "online marketing" and just file it as one but technically it's two separate business models and businesses right?
