Do I need PVA on youtube?

I'm new to this YT thing, I don't know for sure if I need youtube PVAs or not, since I have been using my account for years and they never ask for my phone number. I know some basic rules like don't slam too many videos to a new account, change IP, don't copy copyrighted videos, ect

so, anyone can let me know?

The current sign up process requires you to get a Google account verified to finish the process for getting a new YT account, which involves a phone verification (voice or text message). So unless you have a bot to bypsss those screens, you'll need a PVA.
