Do I need FDA approval to sell health or beauty related products within NA?

I'm talking about non mainstream products that have not been approved (probably never even inspected) by the FDA. Is there any legal consequence to selling non American (natural) products in NA without having gone through some kind of approval process? Or do I need to get some papers before starting to sell?

No approval necessary. Just be sure the product does not harm anyone when used as directed.

PS Even if you wanted to, you could not get FDA approval since you're not the manufacturer.
