Do I need anonymous hosting for porn or warez sites?

I am planning to start a porn or a warez site in the future. Since I don't have a company, I have zero liability protection. Do any of you guys have experience with hosting a site anonymously? Is it common practice for blackhat sites? Any tips on how to get anonymous hosting + domain? How much more expensive is it than regular hosting?

Unlike warez, porn isn't illegal.

So they're very different niches.

Yeah, either way you're better off with a private registration and offshore host.

If you simply embed adult videos using an iframe then it isn't illegal. Warez is of course illegal.

There are many offshore hosting providers that allow warez and porn sites. You will find offshore providers in the marketplace of BHW easily.
