I have adsense, amazon and clickbank on my sites.

I have a privacy policy page but I don't have a terms of use page.

I'm worried that adsense might ban my account for promoting clickbank products and having no terms of use page.

    Do I need one?

yes but it's so easy all you have to do is do a search for your keyword find the competitors, copy their privacy and disclosures and change them to match your site. Works like a charm.

^ yes. There are over 9,999,999,999,999,999,999 sites on the web. All of them are using only 3 "Terms of Use" they copied from each other :)

There are various terms and conditions generators out there, along with privacy policy generators. If you're worried about dupe content or legal issues with exact copying then get a whole bunch of T&Cs from different reputable sites and chop them up.

Personally I think a separate privacy policy and T&C page is a good idea. They both serve a different legal purpose and if you read the Adwords quality score docs they mention them both separately... Presumably those rules also apply in some way to Adsense and organic search.

All of my sites have both. I definitely recommend following what the others said above.
