Do i need a registered company to start an dropship e-commerce?

    Hello guys,

    i was thinking get my feet wet with dropshipping so i would like to ask those who are already on this field, do i really need to have a registered company or everything could be
    managed with paypal?

    Btw i am from eu if that matters.

    If you would like to do it the legal way, yes. But if you're starting out you could manage do it without registering a company. I would register a company if you have 2-3K revenue a month.

    You wouldn't need one even if you are making in excess of $10k a month. You can just declare yourself as a sole trader on your tax returns and it's fine legally

    well, i am doing dropshipping offline, and i am so not registered with any agency, i simply get ordered product delivered to me and i simply send those as personal couriers, its not same as full dropshipping, but i am making a good money from that.

    You dont need It but if your earning is good you can do it
