Do I have to make new accounts for each voucher?

Hi guys,

So I was just wondering some people get and use unlimited vouchers for ppc campaigns.

I was just wondering if you have to create a whole new account again since google does not let you use another voucher on the same account?

usually for each account you can use one voucher
