Soon I am moving to China,I have tried eBay,but I failed because of too much fees
Post is too expensive, paypal, ebay fees, small profit small sales volume

so if I move to China,do I have bigger chance to success in eBay bussines?
    I need only 500$ per month,it's enough for me,can I hit that?

Thanks I am appreciating your help

    Not a very good idea.

1)Already way too many Chinese/HongKong hustlers running factories and wholesale markets.
2)They throw everything for tiny profit / sometimes no margin.
3)You'll be shipping from China which makes less attractive shipping option (you are in HK seller's home ground). Your feedback rating will decrease.

I've lived in china for 3 years and I understand manufacturing and trading/distribution/retail side of China. What you need to do is find reliable (there are good young chinese people out there) hustler that will work for you. I have 3 girls that work freelance for me and they are the fastest and they get the lowest possible price. you just give them % of whatever you buy (inexpensive).

You can try using alibaba yourself too. but this requires some risks and trust. when you are dealing with purchasing from china, let a chinese person deal with them. help your helper make decent money(chinese standards still not that high) your Chinese helper will work really hard for you.

Take a business trip to China (Guangzhou, shenzhen, yiwu depending on your product) and meet people and see how everything works and decided yourself. If you have right people and connection you dont have to live in China.

Going to trade show is a good way too.

I am not going to sell to China market, but I will easily source and avoid much more expenses and fees if I live there
I have best connections for any kind of goods in China, but if I pay everyone something I get less profit
So I am asking you can I pull out 500$ atleast by eBaying from China?

Things depends. If you goal to China is to save cost, i could tell you, it is almost a dream.
I guess except the freight maybe a little lower than outside China, the other things, include labour source. Quite expensive now.
Of course, if your targe is only 500$ per month, i think that could be realizable. But you would find it is too less when you come to here. i am in Shenzhen, you can touch me when you come here.

The business model is simple, you find cheap supplier in China, then sell them in EBAY. Believe me so many people make great money in this way. So you also can make it.

I agreed, if you stay in china n lots of connection on getting those solid n good profit margin items. I believe you can start doing alot of amazing stuffs whether you are in ebay, amazon , websites. Most important is getting the right items n sell it at a price that people will get it constantly.
P.S: Not dirt cheap but a margin that you are comfortable with. I hate those people who destroy the market which eventually kill the themselves as well.

I do not see any real advantage unless you have friends and the right connections.

    Guanxi

    Guanxi
    Traditional Chinese 關係
    Simplified Chinese 关系

You will need many Guanxi I have worked and lived in and around China for over 15 years, without connections believe me you will not make a single $ Dollar
