Do I bookmark or do I ping?

I have 17 products (which have already been listed here ) that I set up the sales page on all of them. Now, should I get a dif info domain for everyone of them and bookmark them and ping them? Or should I put them all on one site? How do I drive traffic to them? All I want in an email address so I can put them on my mailing list. Please help. Not sure exactly how to get traffic to them.
